IT HAS BEEN ONE HELL OF WEEK  LADIES AND GENTS.

This has been the toughest yet will be the most memorable memory for me during my BMT Times.
Why i said that cause this week i went to 3 excursions:

1:Watch Soccer at Jalan Besar Stadium with my squad 

2:Police Heritage Tour

3:Hospice Old Folks Home

Plus we had been pumped through put out week eventhough we did nothing wrong. Now our bodies feel as if it's going to be dead soon especially our arms and legs. Try doing scorpion push ups for 30 minutes. And that my friends is not a normal push ups.

I am gonna elaborate more tomorrow when i get back from NDP training gonna get some rest so cya tomorrow.
